Shipping policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are flat rates.

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, you cannot return body butter crème products. We'll always do our best to serve you and provide a replacement for your damaged items when appropriate. Please contact shipping@davesbodybutter.com as soon as possible so that we can try to remediate this for you. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstances. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
